Which countries do we ship to?

Some products are not available in all countries or regions. The Handy for example, is only available in the US. We can ship all our other articles to:

How fast will it be shipped?

All orders will be handled when they are received. Hence, it will be shipped same day or the next, depending on the time zone you are in. If you order during the weekend, it will be processed early Monday morning.

The estimated delivery time depends on where you are based, however as a general rule the following shipping time applies:

USA: 2 – 5 days

Canada: 5 – 12 days

Australia: 2 – 5 days

Europe: 2 – 5 days

Non-European countries: 5 – 10 days

Order dispatch days: Monday to Friday

What does the package look like?

All orders are shipped in a plain cardboard box that doesn’t show any clue what’s in the package.

Is VAT included?

VAT is included in most countries where the shipment is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This implies that VAT is being covered by us. You as a customer should feel comfortable that the price you pay gives you the product to your home without additional costs.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to get your order delivered as soon as possible. Within hours after your order, we start the delivery process. We are not able to cancel an order once it’s handled by our warehouse.

Contact us for changing or cancelling an order right after your payment so we can see if we are able to change or cancel it. We can’t guarantee if the change is made before your order has been shipped.

Can I return the sex toy when I'm not satisfied about the product?

Due to the intimate nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of items you have used but are unsatisfied with. Our staff, due to health and hygiene concerns, will not handle any shipping boxes that appear to have been opened. This means that if you have opened the outer shipping box of your order, we cannot accept the items inside as returns.

You can return your product(s) within 30 days of receiving them if they are inside the sealed shipping box. If you want to return any item, please contact in advance for return instructions, customs information and return address.

A refund will be given to the same card that you used in the original purchase, less the cost of actual shipping costs, customs/duties clearance and handling.

What's your refund policy?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original sealed packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Gift cards and membership cards
  • Opened shipping box of the sex toy

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through this email address.

How do I know if my device is connected?

You can view the “status device” on the top nav bar once you are logged into the site. If you see a green bullet with the text “your device is connected”, then your device is connected. If you see a red bullet with the text “not connected”, then your device is not connected. You can connect your device by clicking on the status text and scanning the QR code that appears in the pop-up.

What can I do if my device will not connect to FeelXVideos?

At first you can try to see if you can get the device to connect to the FeelConnect client app on your smartphone/tablet. Be sure that your mobile’s Bluetooth is active. After the device is connected to the app, you will then need to scan the QR code on the site in order to connect the app to the website. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact our support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I connect additional devices?

Yes, you can add more devices to your account. If you navigate to the “Account” details page you can see which devices you have connected to FeelXVideos from the connected devices list.
